Simple, Transparent & Responsible Teacup Puppy Adoption Across Australia
If you’re interested in one of the puppies listed on our puppies for sale page, please complete our Puppy Application to be considered for placement. Applications are only accepted for puppies currently posted on our website, and you must include the name of the specific puppy you’re applying for.
Our puppies are evaluated and priced at approximately 6 weeks of age. Until this evaluation is complete, we do not share early photos or accept deposits due to the high volume of requests. After evaluations, we update the website with photos and detailed information, and we send out a newsletter announcing availability.
Applications are then reviewed in the order they were received. If the puppy you applied for is still available, we will contact you—typically within 24 hours—to go over your application and the next steps.
Please note: We do not maintain a waitlist or accept applications for future litters. Only currently listed puppies are open for consideration.
If there are no available puppies or none that currently match your preferences, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when new puppies become available for reservation. The sign up for our newsletter can be found towards the bottom of our Belle House Pomeranians home page.
Once you are approved, we will send you a contract on your puppy of interest. complete and return contract.
Once you have completed the steps above and received approval, a $500 deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Puppies are placed on a first-come, first-served basis for approved applicants, and are not considered reserved until the application is approved, the contract is submitted, and the deposit is received.
The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For full terms and conditions, please refer to our contract.
Puppies will be examined by a board certified veterinarian and fecal testing will be conducted when the puppies are approximately 8 weeks old.
You will be contacted to discuss puppy examination and set up pick up. Puppies usually go home around 9-10 weeks. Some puppies need more time and may not go home until 10-12 weeks. That determination will be made by Teacup Fluffy Charmers Pomeranians.

If picking up puppy from Belle House Pomeranians staff set aside at least 30 mins for pick up to take place. We will go over all paperwork and answer any questions you may have. You will be provided a folder with a copy of the contract, AKC Pet Registration Application, vaccination paperwork, veterinary examination and fecal testing, puppy weight tracker, and puppy growth chart. You will also receive a puppy starter pack which will include a trial size bag of puppy food, puppy pads, toys, etc.
